To create the 14 individual brand websites for Britain’s third largest self-catering business, with one common user journey designed to maximise sales.
We implemented the shared user journey and allowed each brand’s integrity to be preserved through their own unique website design.
We took the unusual step of designing mobile for a different purpose to the desktop site, in response to people’s tendency to search on mobile and book on desktop. Our design ensured the customer journey was as clean and clear as possible.
- 148% increase in bookings via mobile, 75% on tablet and 13% on desktop, equating to a 36% increase in total.
- Mobile visits rose from 25% to 159%.
